In this year of 2021 we had many challenges due to the Covid19 pandemic, but we are doing well so far, I have already taken my 3 vaccines and I continue with the prevention measures, using a mask, cleaning my hands, avoiding crowding and taking care of immunity with good nutrition, sleep, good mood and physical activity in the sun, preferably.
As a retired person, I have available time and as a family we started a project to extract water for sale.
After many months without traveling outside my state of Paraná, in November I took a plane to Vitória, Espírito Santo to see the family, it was very good, as a release from the chains of isolation.
I'm still practicing Italian and English, I'm almost fluent. For me it's a good pastime as I can get to know other countries through texts, videos, cell phone apps, movies, etc.
My favorite routine physical activities are daily stretching when I wake up, tennis up to twice a week, walking and volleyball in the sand. I love taking care of plants too.
Spiritual practice makes me feel good, I believe that a Superior Being is protecting us and created the universe and the beauty of nature.
I like to sing and play the guitar, I always try to practice, it's an activity that recharges my energy.
I hope this pandemic will go away leaving us lessons of collaboration and solidarity.
